We, the home trainers, make your life easier, since you don't have to go out and deal with traffic, wait for a parking lot, or wait in line for equipment inside a commercial gym.
FIT & GO has professionals in the world of Physical Education in general, with the ability to meet all the needs that our customers need, from functional or structural training, attention to seniors, children and adolescents, athletes, pregnant women or post pregnancy and increase muscle mass.

With more than 15 years of experience in marketing and sales within the sectors of luxury cars, commercial real estate, banking and technology; and 7 years within the Fitness world as managers in 2 gyms. After the experience of living in London between 2017 and 2018 working in one of the most exclusive gyms in that city (Equinox Kensington), he decides to return and venture into the world of personalized home training and creates Fit & Go Panama.
Gonzalo Macías
Director Spain
With more than 8 years in the world of personalized training he started in Panama City in different gyms; he joins the Fit & Go Panama team, in December 2018, as in charge of the execution of training plans, as well as training of new staff and establishing quality standards in customer service. In 2020 he decides to explore new horizons in Spain where today he is well known in the Madrid area as a personalized home trainer in the most exclusive neighborhoods of downtown Madrid.

With more than 5 years of experience as a personalized trainer in Panama City, he joined the ranks of Fit & Go in 2022, where he has demonstrated the ability to adapt the training to any type of situation, always according to the specific needs taking into account the physical condition of the person.
